I believe we can learn how to choose rather than react. My work is with individuals, couples and all types of relationships.

In supporting those dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and neurodivergence, I provide a nonjudgmental space where clients get to feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow.

My approach is rooted in compassion and mindful non-violent communication. I’d be honored to work with you on finding your path to choice and connection. Change takes collaboration, using compassion, trauma informed practices, and learning how to access the play that is so important for curiosity & growth.My style is active, collaborative, and playful. We will work with the past, the present, the intergenerational, the cultural, and the global pressures that impact you every day. Life is about the connections within ourselves and with others. Together we will make relational space for you to find joy in discovering and nurturing these connections.

My specialties include relationships, communication issues, childhood trauma, grief, parenting and co-parenting, and expanding one's compassionate core.
