Risha London Nathan, LCSW, CHHC is a licensed therapist and certified holistic health coach with a private practice, Well With Risha, serving clients virtually across New York, New Jersey, California, and Connecticut.

Risha specializes in the intersection of emotional and physical wellbeing, with clinical expertise in anxiety, depression, trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and nervous system regulation. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing is relational — and that lasting change happens when the whole person is seen and supported, not just the presenting symptom.

She works with people at pivotal life moments: navigating work-related stress, healing relational wounds, rebuilding after loss or transition, and reconnecting to their bodies after years of running on empty. Drawing from attachment theory, somatic approaches, and gut-mind research, Risha helps clients move from survival mode into sustainable wellbeing.

In addition to individual therapy and couples counseling, Risha offers holistic health coaching and consulting for founders and entrepreneurs — recognizing that high-achieving people often carry invisible weight that doesn't show up on a performance review.

Risha brings warmth, clinical rigor, and a deeply integrative lens to every client relationship. She is currently accepting new clients and welcomes referrals from aligned providers and organizations committed to comprehensive health and wellbeing.
