People often come to therapy feeling stuck, like a knot you can’t untangle. Maybe you’re repeating old patterns, and potentially understanding where they came from, but you can’t seem to move forward. Or perhaps you’re watching your child struggle, unsure how to help. Therapy can be a place to slow down, get curious, make sense of what’s happening, and begin to feel more at home in yourself and your relationships.

In our work together, we’ll explore the experiences and relationships that have shaped you, opening up space for greater clarity, authenticity, and ease. My style is warm, creative, and playful; I integrate humor and my background as a musical theatre writer within a relational and contemporary psychoanalytic approach.

I have extensive experience with the LGBTQ+ community, teens & tweens, artists, and those navigating identity exploration and life transitions. I have specialized knowledge of bariatric patients and former Orthodox Jews.
