I am a seasoned licensed clinical psychologist with extensive experience treating OCD using Exposure Response Prevention (ERP). While I consider treating OCD and anxiety to be my bread and butter, I have recently gotten into neurodivergent-affirming assessments and treatment of ADHD and Autism. As a late diagnosed ADHD brain myself, I have lived experience of how life can become driven by the neverending to do list and constant overwhelm/procrastination loop. I enjoy working with my patients to create realistic systems to achieve their goals, while learning how to be present, reduce RSD and self-regulate.

I also am passionate about evaluating adolescents and adults for autism, in harder to diagnose cases. I have experience with PDA and am raising my own neurodivergent family: I can understand the unique struggles, isolation and parenting demands that are unique to these parents.

Background:

I received my B.A. from Stanford University in 2004 where I majored in Psychology and minored in film. I received my Ph.D in Clinical Psychology from The Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology in 2013. Clinical Experience:
