I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience treating individuals with anxiety, substance use disorder, depression, trauma, OCD and personality disorders. I specialize in major life transitions, ranging from career change to major health conditions, divorce and family member loss.
I currently run a therapy group for individuals in early sobriety. Prior to private practice, I worked as an individual and group therapist at Hazelden Betty Ford’s evening intensive outpatient program. I have experience and training in a variety of clinical modalities, including Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, MBSR and ACT.
Prior to my career in therapy, I worked as a corporate reputation strategist to executives at Fortune 500 companies and have extensive working knoweldge of the business landscape.
