Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
In approaching therapy, I consider two fundamental elements of human existence; the inextricable link between the mind-body, and our need for connection and a sense of purpose. In our work together, I hope to assist you in reaching your goals and addressing current stressors, while also helping you to create a solid foundation for your mental health moving forward.
My approach to therapy is eclectic. I feel strongly that each person benefits from a customized practice that draws from multiple modalities. I tend to utilize Supportive and Strengths-Based Psychotherapy, Humanistic Psychotherapy, Existential Psychotherapy, Relational Psychotherapy, ACT, and CBT, depending on client needs/preferences.
I understand the strength it takes to seek therapy and then to share your innermost thoughts, fears, and hopes. I feel privileged to do this work and look forward to meeting you.
