I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in women’s and maternal mental health. I provide a gentle and collaborative approach to explore feelings and challenges that arise throughout your journey.

I take an integrative approach to our work together and support women as they navigate young adulthood and transition to motherhood facing unanticipated challenges along the way. In our reflective work together, I also integrate skill building interventions so that you can weather roadblocks in the different waves of life.

My areas of practice include, young women’s mental health, maternal mental health, challenges from conception through the perinatal period, relationships and communication, and adjustment to change. My approach is drawn from a holistic and strengths based perspective and grounded in acceptance. My style is warm, relatable, and candid.

I earned my master’s degree from Columbia University School of Social Work and have worked at The Mount Sinai Hospital across their pediatric and neonatal divisions. I have also completed advanced training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders through Postpartum Support International.

My therapeutic approach empowers my clients to work towards decreasing stress and anxiety and increasing happiness, growth, and wellness in their lives.
