Hello! I am a licensed clinical psychologist with board certification in addiction psychology. Across the last 15 years, I have worked to hone my skills as a clinician specializing in working with individuals navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns. My clinical experience spans a wide range of treatment settings (VA, hospital, private centers) and levels of care. Presently, I provide outpatient individual therapy, focusing on the treatment of substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders, trauma, anxiety and depression. Additionally, I am passionate about offering services to family members of individuals struggling with substance use issues as the entire system generally needs support to heal. I provide this through individual, couple or family therapy and primarily utilize the CRAFT model of treatment. I am also trained in Integrated Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT). My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where individuals feel empowered to navigate life’s challenges and move toward meaningful change.

I am also happy to provide consultation to other clinicians on substance use cases as well. My practice is currently fully virtual and I am licensed in NY, NJ and IL, and accepting UMR for Mt. Sinai employees. Please reach out to connect!
