I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of depression, anxiety, relationship and identity issues, grief, and trauma. I have found that a collaborative, down-to-earth relationship paired with a tailored treatment approach paves the way for lasting therapeutic success. I offer individual psychotherapy to adults of all ages and am trained in CBT, EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing modalities. The foundation of my work is a warm, open dialogue, fostering deep understanding of personal strengths and challenges. Using this knowledge, I provide evidence-based interventions to uniquely empower clients to enrich their life, reach their goals, and navigate the process of healing.
My clinical training includes experience in a range of mental health care settings, including Bellevue Hospital Center, Jacobi Medical Center, Mount Sinai-Beth Israel Medical Center, and Long Island University Psychological Services Center.
