In my private practice, I offer evidence based and tailor made therapy for high-achieving professionals who are presenting with low self worth, relationship issues, work burnout, and mood difficulties. In addition, I specialize in eating disorders, body image, and trauma.
I utilize psychoanalysis, IFS, CBT, DBT, EMDR, and other modalities to provide a combination of insights and practical tools to help clients overcome challenges. I place a strong emphasis on attachment styles, trauma, and self-perception, to better understand the factors that are interplaying in each case. I'm licensed in both NY and FL, and offer in-person and virtual sessions.
