Steven Floyd is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Group Psychotherapist, and Certified Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor. He is the founder of a Manhattan-based group practice and an experienced clinician, writer, and educator.
Trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy, Imago Relationship Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness-based somatic approaches, Steven integrates evidence-based and experiential modalities in his clinical work. His professional background includes work at one of the nation’s leading dual-diagnosis treatment centers as well as in respected private practice settings.
