I help people create more meaningful connections, help address how the past has effected their current perception of themselves and the world, and re-create their narratives so they can construct more powerful connections. I work with clients to identify what their cycle of behaviors are, how it affect them, to gain clarity on their thoughts, feelings and behavioral patterns related to their interpersonal connections and themselves.
