I am a NY and CT-licensed integrative clinical psychologist who provides individual therapy to adults. My specialization includes working with individuals with depression, anxiety, psychosis and emotional dysregulation. Equally, I have expertise working with individuals experiencing executive functioning deficits, interpersonal difficulties and life transitions. I take an action oriented approach to empower the people I work with to make small changes leading to deeper understand.
