I am a psychoanalyst working with individuals for 2o years. I integrate psychodynamic therapy with mindfulness and somatic treatment modalities to meet the therapeutic needs of each person.

I work with adults facing the problems of being human. I treat people struggling with depression and anxiety, shame, loneliness, relationship issues and work difficulties. I have extensive experience helping people manage life transitions such as marriage, parenthood, divorce, career change, empty nest, elder care, and grief and loss. My approach is active, warm and collaborative. I value creating a safe environment to enable exploration of what matters most in life.
