I am a licensed clinical social worker in a private practice based in New York City. I specialize in trauma therapy. After years of working at hospitals and non-profits providing case management, and individual and group therapy to psychiatric patients. I moved in to private practice. I provide individual therapy sessions for a variety of clients inclusive of all races, sexual orientations, gender identities and religions.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from a variety of modalities, including Attachment Focused EMDR, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotions Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing, and executive function coaching.
