I am a clinical psychologist based in Westchester, NY and the co-founder of River Psychology Group. I treat adults of all ages, with a particular focus on women navigating the many transitions that life brings - from early adulthood through midlife and beyond.

I have three areas of specialty:

Perinatal & maternal mental health: I work with women across all stages of their reproductive journey — including pregnancy, postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, infertility, pregnancy loss, and the profound identity shifts that come with becoming a parent. I love helping new and expectant mothers gain the confidence to become the parents they strive to be, while not losing themselves in the process.

Dating & relationships: I specialize in helping single women untangle the patterns that keep them stuck in their dating lives. Whether you're navigating dating anxiety, recovering from a divorce or difficult breakup, or finding yourself in the same cycles with different people, this work can help. My clients often come in feeling exhausted and disheartened — and leave with greater self-trust, clarity about what they want, and a more grounded sense of who they are in relationships.

Anxiety, depression & life transitions: I also work with adults of all ages struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship and family issues, grief and loss, and the challenges that come with major life changes.

In my work with clients, I draw from a range of evidence-based frameworks including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic psychotherapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). With me, the therapeutic process is characterized by collaboration and active participation. I bring warmth, directness, and genuine investment to every session.

I completed my doctorate in clinical psychology at Fairleigh Dickinson University and my postdoctoral fellowship at Long Island Jewish Medical Center – Northwell Health. I have obtained advanced training in perinatal psychology through Postpartum Support International and previously served as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Zucker Hillside Hospital.

I offer in-person sessions in Scarsdale, Westchester and telehealth throughout New York State.
