I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of clinical experience in supporting children, adolescents, and adults.

My approach is integrative, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s needs. I draw from Internal Family Systems, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and a relational framework grounded in attachment theory. I am also trained in Interpersonal Therapy for Depressed Adolescents (IPT-A) and in assessing and managing suicide risk, with extensive experience supporting clients facing high-risk or complex challenges.

At the heart of my work is a deep care for people and curiosity about the experiences and stories they bring. I believe that being truly seen and known— no matter our age or stage of life— is one of the most meaningful experiences we can have, opening doors to self-discovery and profound growth. This belief guides my work and inspires me to create spaces where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
