Interpersonal connection, authenticity, and empathy are at the core of my work. I bring openness and curiosity and have an unwavering faith in your innate capacity to heal and grow.
My areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, deepening and healing relationships, and celebrating and navigating LGBTQ+ identities. I utilize a psychodynamic framework while incorporating other evidence-based modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Together, we will work to deepen your understanding of your internal experiences, helping to reduce the intensity of overwhelming emotions and making current challenges more manageable.
