I am a warm, engaged, and emotionally attuned psychotherapist who works from an interpersonal and experiential lens. My approach integrates AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy) and IFS (Internal Family Systems), and Modern Analysis to support patients in developing deeper self-understanding while facilitating meaningful emotional growth and change.
I am a bilingual therapist and offer individual and couples therapy in both English and Spanish. In addition to my individual and relational work, I am a Certified Group Psychotherapist with a strong belief in the transformative power of group therapy.
