My ideal patient is one who is struggling in their day to day lives and is looking to make a change. That change can be in the form of therapy, medication, or a second opinion- I provide my medical recommendations and suggestions, while respecting your choices and autonomy. Making that first phone call, typing out that first email, making it to that first appointment are tremendous steps that are often the most difficult to make.
