I am a licensed psychologist with expertise in conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations for autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and other developmental disabilities. I work with children, adolescents, and adults to help them better understand their strengths, overcome challenges, and connect with appropriate support resources. Through the use of evidence-based assessments like the ADOS-2, I deliver precise diagnoses and insights into cognitive, academic, social, emotional, and behavioral functioning. My evaluations also cover areas such as giftedness and twice exceptionality, selective mutism, private school admissions, and pre-adoption assessments.
In addition to evaluations, I facilitate social skills groups, provide executive functioning coaching, and offer autism consultation services to schools, legal settings, and various organizations. I also provide therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults, as well as coaching for parents, caregivers, and nannies. My approach is rooted in neurodiversity-affirming, strength-based practices, tailoring interventions to meet each individual’s unique needs. Along with specialized experience adapting therapy for autistic and neurodivergent individuals, I also support clients navigating adoption, trauma, or chronic health conditions through a trauma-informed perspective.
Specific to supporting women across the lifespan, I have a particular focus on specialized autism assessments that are adapted to reflect how autism may present differently in girls and women. My evaluations consider the unique ways in which autism can manifest, such as masking behaviors, social camouflaging, and subtler social communication challenges that are often overlooked in traditional assessments. In my work, I also address the distinct experiences faced by mothers, including navigating neurodivergence within family dynamics.
I offer in-person services in New York and telehealth sessions for clients in New York and Pennsylvania. I emphasize collaborative work with individuals and their families to establish personalized goals and create effective, solution-focused strategies that lead to meaningful, lasting change.
