I am a warm, empathetic practitioner who believes in client self-determination. I believe that everyone deserves the space to be heard and to heal. My life journey has taken me across the country and around the world. I have work many hats and worked extensively with different populations, including surivors of trauma while living in Rwanda as a Peace Corps Volunteer, children in the NYC foster care system, and adult inpatient work. I specalize in trauma, major life transitions, and anxiety disorders. I also provide therapy in French.
