Sarah is a LCSW in private practice and has worked as a therapist for over 10 years.  She is trained in CBT and psychotherapy and uses a relational approach with her clients.  Sarah intertwines mindfulness into her work in order to help clients become more attuned to their bodies.  She has studied CBT-HA (headache diseases) and is eager to apply the techniques from this approach to assist clients with headaches in managing their symptoms as well as lifestyles.  Sarah has experience working with a range of ages from youngsters through older adults.  She has helped her clients improve their self-esteem while working through the other issues causing them stress in their lives, whether that be due to chronic pain, trauma, grief, illness, relationships or mood disorders.
