Hi, I'm Staci! I'm an integrative therapist for highly-motivated 20-to-30-something-year-old New Yorkers specializing in treating anxiety and panic, PTSD/complex trauma, relational wounds and attachment-based injuries. I have advanced clinical training in Psychodynamic, EMDR, and Somatic IFS therapies.
Being a human is so complex. Through my personal therapy and work with clients over the past decade I know how transformative it is to face yourself and walk through the darkness alongside an empathic witness.
I'm committed to empowering my clients to become their own best healers through co-creating a container for them to settle, reflect, and learn the skills and tools to help them lead lives that feels better on mind-body-spirit-relational levels.
I believe deeply in the mind-body connection, that past experiences impact present day functioning and relational patterns, and that my clients are the experts on their own lives. I look at the whole holistic history of the human in front of me when supporting clients through processing, reprogramming and creating practices that sustain them across life's challenges.
