“We are all just walking each other home.”

This quote beautifully captures my role as a therapist—to walk alongside you as you explore, understand, and reconnect with yourself. Therapy can be a place to pause, take a breath, and make meaning of where you are in your life. Many people come to therapy not because something is “wrong,” but because they feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward. You may be navigating a life transition, changes in relationships or work, grief or loss, or noticing that old patterns no longer fit who you are becoming.

My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens within a collaborative, relational space rooted in trust, curiosity, and compassion. I take a holistic approach, honoring the ways culture, family dynamics, identity, and relationships shape our sense of self. Together, we explore the parts of you that have worked hard to protect you and the parts that long for growth, authenticity, and change.

I draw from an integrative framework that includes psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), relational, and trauma-informed CBT. I have advanced training in Jungian Shadow Work, which allows us to gently explore hidden, conflicted, or disowned aspects of self with care and curiosity. Grounded in mindfulness and contemplative practices, my work supports clients in cultivating a more attuned, compassionate relationship with themselves—helping them reconnect with their inner wisdom, voice, and sense of agency, and ultimately come home to who they already are.
