I am an experienced NY/NJ licensed integrative clinical social worker offering a trauma informed approach to treat adult individuals, couples and families. I am EMDR certified, hypnotherapy certified, and have extensive experience and training in marriage & family therapy incorporating EFT for couples, attachment based interventions and Discernment Counseling Certification for Couples. I work collaboratively and holistically with my clients to address personal and relational challenges specializing in anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, behavioral struggles as well as unresolved emotional injuries from childhood. Equally, I work with and provide support for couples & families navigating life transitions and challenges such as; parenting, health diagnosis, retirement, divorce, grief/loss, intimacy, parenting and, infidelity. I frequently work with artists, designers, writers & actors and support creative exploration and the mind/body connection as a path toward healing. I have held clinical positions in multiple settings including: hospital outpatient, hospital inpatient, ER/Crisis, not for profit agency (family & trauma focused) and private practice. I currently serve on the board of Family Service League a not for profit offering services to survivors of sexual assault. I also provide consultation to fully licensed social work professionals and supervision to those working towards clinical licensure.
