Seeking therapy does not always begin with knowing exactly what needs to change. You may be struggling with a particular situation, finding yourself in familiar patterns, or simply wanting to understand yourself and your relationships differently. Thereapy can offer the space to explore these experiences with curisoity, develop greater awareness, and consider new ways of moving foward.

With over 20 years of experience, my practice is grounded in an anti-oppression framework and enriched through work across diverse populations and clinical milieus. Although I work with individuals seeking therapy for a variety of reasons, my specialities include treating substance abuse, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, bereavement and survivors of abuse.

I am deeply committed to fostering self-empowerment and creating a safe space where thoughts and feelings can be shared and processed without the fear of judgement. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, empathic, and holistic, rooted in a strengths-based perspective.

Drawing on treatment strategies such as motivational interviewing, harm reduction and cognitive behavioral techniques, we can tailor therapy to your unique strengths. Together, we can encourage growth and self-actualization.

I accept AETNA-NYU Student Health Insurance and welcome students seeking support during this important time in their lives.

I invite you to take the first step and reach out.
