Dr. Lupashko is a Manhattan-based, Double Board Certified psychiatrist, specializing in child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry. She has expertise in ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, life transitions and behavioral problems. She received her medical degree from University of North Texas. She completed her general psychiatry residency at University of Hawaii, with a strong focus on the way culture affects mental health. She then completed her child and adolescent fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine, which offered the invaluable experience of training at The Menninger Clinic, ranked in the top 10 hospitals for psychiatry in U.S. News and World Report for over twenty years.

Dr. Lupashko has given many lectures for the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and participated in expert panels for mentoring medical students, residents, and early career psychiatrists.

She believes in a comprehensive and personalized approach to treatment, working closely with the patient, family, therapist, and other medical professionals, involved in a particular case. She listens to the patient’s unique challenges and helps him/her navigate the situation, implementing psychotherapy, non medication approaches and, if deemed necessary, medication.
