I help individuals, couples, and families navigate life's transitions, strengthen relationships, and move through challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and connection. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I take a holistic, systemic, and relational approach, recognizing that emotional well-being is shaped by the many systems we live within, including our families, partnerships, communities, and cultural experiences.

My style is warm, collaborative, and compassionate. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported as you reconnect with your values, deepen self-awareness, and build a life that feels authentic, balanced, and meaningful.

Based in New York City, I provide virtual therapy to clients throughout New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University, as well as a Master's degree in English Literature and Gender Studies. My professional training includes Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapy and certification as a Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
