I am a licensed clinical social worker working with children of all ages, families, and adults. I have experience working with those who have experienced traumatic events, grief and loss, anxiety, depressive symptoms, divorce/separations, behavioral concerns, family conflicts and life transitions. I have advanced training in working with those who have experienced trauma, family therapy, and perinatal and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders.

I use a warm, client-centered, eclectic approach of modalities including play therapy, talk therapy, psychodynamic theory, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), trauma-informed therapy, the Ackerman Relational Model, family therapy, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
