I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Professional Counselor based in New York City, providing individual therapy and couples therapy to adults in New York, Connecticut, Florida, and Pennsylvania.

I specialize in helping individuals understand themselves more deeply, break patterns that no longer serve them, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.

Many people come to therapy feeling anxious, stuck, or frustrated by patterns they can’t seem to change. Together, we’ll explore where those patterns come from, develop a deeper understanding of yourself, and create meaningful change.

I believe that one of the most meaningful parts of therapy is having a space where you can show up as your full self without needing to have everything figured out, explain yourself perfectly, or hide the parts of yourself that feel difficult to understand.

Many of us develop patterns of thinking, coping, and relating that helped us navigate earlier experiences. Over time, those same patterns can leave us feeling anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck. Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, explore where those patterns come from, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself.

As a relational therapist, I believe that the relationship we build together is an important part of the healing process. Through our work together, I pay attention not only to what you share, but also to the patterns that emerge within our relationship. These moments can offer valuable insight into how you connect with others, express your needs, navigate vulnerability, and experience closeness.

My work is primarily grounded in relational and attachment-based therapy, with the integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic approaches when helpful. Together, we explore the patterns, experiences, and relationships that shape the way you understand yourself and connect with others.

Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, I work collaboratively with each client to create a therapeutic process that feels meaningful, supportive, and aligned with their goals.
