I am an LCSW with a trauma-focused and relational approach. I specialize in working with PTSD and trauma (developmental/childhood, sexual, life stressors), self-esteem development, anxiety and stress reduction, addiction, depression, and with people facing the challenges of new parenthood.
My style is encouraging, direct, and compassion-focused. I place an emphasis on helping to build and support the implementation of skills: self-compassion, self-esteem, and practical coping skills that make sense in each client's life.
My practice is located in Larchmont, NY and I work with adults, young adults, and adolescents from age 14 and up. I provide both in-person and virtual therapy, and am also licensed and able to provide telehealth services in the state of Pennsylvania.
