Tamara is a psychotherapist based in NYC working with individuals struggling with betrayal trauma, love and sex addiction, parental enmeshment that impact adult relationships and other painful attachment patterns, whether people-pleasing, struggles with boundaries or other self-esteem issues. She integrates tools from her CSAT training (Certified Sex Addiction Therapist), IFS, EMDR, somatic work and inner child work, and also provides ketamine preparation and integration. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, Tamara spent 15 years working in tech and finance. She holds a MSW from University of Alabama and an MA from Oxford University. Her therapeutic style is warm, compassionate and grounded.
