Mary Tate, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist (licensed in NY, NJ, MA, TX, NC, and LA) whose work centers on relational, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed care. With experience across private practice, group practice leadership, and clinical supervision, Mary is passionate about helping individuals build insight, resilience, and self-compassion.

She has spent her career supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, relational challenges, burnout, and life transitions, while also advocating for the vital role social workers play across mental-health systems.
