I work with adolescents and adult clients who are ready to move beyond surface-level coping and understand the deeper roots of what they’re experiencing. Many come in with a sense of what they want to work on: long-standing patterns, emotional blocks, or relational dynamics that aren’t shifting. The therapeutic relationship is an important part of this process, and I value working with clients who are open to engaging in that connection to better understand themselves. This work tends to resonate with those who are curious about their inner world and willing to explore their thoughts and feelings more deeply.
My approach is relational, attachment-based, experiential and somatic; we slow down to get beneath the symptoms and connect more deeply with your emotions. I primarily use IFS, AEDP, EMDR, and psychodynamic therapy. I specialize in trauma, attachment wounds, PTSD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, relational issues, & life transitions.
