Fatima Lundy is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey, as well as a Certified Financial Therapist™ (CFT™). She is the founder of TIMA Therapist, PC, a fully online private practice serving adult individuals and couples across New York and New Jersey via telehealth.
Fatima specializes in three interconnected areas: financial wellness, relationship challenges, and sexual intimacy. Her work is grounded in the understanding that how we handle money, how we connect with our partners, and how we experience intimacy are rarely separate issues — and that lasting healing requires addressing all of them.
Beyond her clinical work, Fatima is a published author and emotional abuse advocate. Her memoir, No More Lies, documents her personal experience surviving an emotionally abusive relationship and has been praised by clinicians and survivors alike for its clinical clarity and unflinching honesty. She brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work with clients navigating toxic relationship dynamics.
Fatima holds a Master of Science in Education (MSEd) in Mental Health Counseling from Hunter College and is affiliated with the American Counseling Association (ACA), Chi Sigma Iota Counseling Honor Society, the Financial Therapy Association (FTA), and the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT).
