I am a Licensed Master Social Worker and Certified Fertility Counselor with specialized training in couples therapy from the Ackerman Institute and in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs) through Postpartum Support International.

I provide individual and couples therapy, offering a warm, collaborative, and supportive environment where my clients feel both understood and empowered to grow. I am passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and achieve personal fulfillment.

With extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including members of the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities, as well as those from varied cultural and religious perspectives, I take an integrative approach to therapy. I draw on evidence-based methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, relational therapy, and family systems, tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs.

I support clients in managing a wide range of concerns, including life transitions, workplace challenges, relationship struggles, anxiety, and depression. Additionally, I specialize in helping women and couples adjust to parenthood, providing skilled care for those experiencing PMADs.

I earned my Master of Social Work degree from New York University, a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard University. To deepen my expertise and better serve my clients, I have pursued advanced training in couples and family therapy and PMADs. I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers, Postpartum Support International, and the Women’s Mental Health Consortium.

Beyond my clinical practice, I am an accomplished corporate speaker and workshop facilitator. I deliver dynamic presentations on mental health, resilience, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) to organizations worldwide.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not directly accept insurance directly.
