I understand that my client is the expert on their own life; this principle is the foundation of my counseling relationships. My approach is client-centered, direct and compassionate. I incorporate ACT, CBT, IFS and mindfulness in my work. I work with teenagers and young adults with diagnoses such as OCD, ADHD, anxiety and depression, as well as clients navigating difficult relationships (family, friendship, romantic, work-related) and life transitions.

I see clients in my office in midtown Manhattan, as well as remotely. I have nearly ten years of experience providing therapy in school, hospital, and private practice settings. I run a group practice of seven clinicians; we are not in-network with any insurance providers but do offer sliding scale and provider superbills.
