You have always been the strong one.The dependable sibling. The overachiever. The unofficial group chat therapist. The person everyone leans on.

On the outside, you are thriving. On the inside, you feel burned out, overwhelmed, or quietly unraveling.

Many of my clients carry the invisible weight of cultural expectations, identity shifts, family dynamics, grief, and the pressure to succeed without complaint. They are thoughtful, high functioning, and self aware. Yet they find themselves stuck in cycles of people pleasing, perfectionism, anxiety, or relationship patterns that no longer serve them.

You are not looking for vague advice or surface level fixes. You want therapy that is grounded and transformative. A space where you can unpack generational narratives, set boundaries without guilt, and build a life that feels like yours, not just your parents’ dream or your LinkedIn bio.

My approach is culturally sensitive, trauma informed, and collaborative. I integrate Internal Family Systems, CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness, and somatic work to help clients navigate relationship dynamics, identity transitions, loss, and anxiety. Together, we explore the parts of you that learned to survive and reconnect with the parts of you that want to live more freely and intentionally.

Life can feel heavy, especially when you have been carrying so much for so long. You do not have to carry it alone.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or ready for something to shift, I offer a space rooted in care, clarity, and deep respect for your lived experience.

Come to be heard. Stay to be transformed.Let’s begin together.
