I am a provisionally licensed therapist in New York, with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from New York University. I have experience working across diverse clinical settings, including over three years in crisis counseling, supporting adults facing a wide range of mental health concerns.
I work primarily with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and major life transitions. I take a collaborative, client-led approach, creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.
In sessions, I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and supportive therapy. I focus on helping clients strengthen coping skills, regulate emotions, and increase self-awareness while tailoring interventions to each person’s unique needs and goals.
I am committed to working with adults from all backgrounds, prioritizing empathy, respect, and cultural sensitivity in my practice. I believe in each person’s capacity for growth and consider it an honor to support individuals as they navigate challenges and move toward greater balance and well-being.
