The focus of my practice is treating attachment trauma in both individuals and couples. I am certified in Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and trained in EMDR, with a focus on relational trauma. I specialize in relationship issues, anxiety, and low self-esteem. Another area of specialty is the treatment of OCD. I incorporate mindfulness as a tool with all clients to help them become better able to respond to life's challenges. My style is integrative and client-centered. I have additional training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Gottman Method.
