I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) based in New York City. With a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Touro University and specialized training in EMDR and TEAM-CBT, I help clients process trauma and achieve lasting growth. Currently pursuing a PhD in Mind-Body Medicine, I continuously integrate new insights into my practice.
My interdisciplinary background includes a Master's in Interactive Media from Quinnipiac University and a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design. Combined with two decades of experience in reality TV production, this unique blend of creative and therapeutic expertise allows me to bring innovative approaches to therapy, including guided imagery for immersive healing experiences.
I draw on evidence-based methods while focusing on meeting clients exactly where they are in their journey. Together, we work toward goals that align with their individual needs and personal vision. My therapeutic approach integrates traditional modalities with innovative techniques to support each client's unique path to healing.
