I’m a licensed clinical psychologist who works with adolescents, college/graduate students, and adults. I specialize in helping people navigate life transitions, anxiety, depression, and substance use.

My approach to therapy is warm, humorous, and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based practices such as dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), as well as my neuropsych background to tailor neuro-diversity affirming and strengths-based care. I have a special interest in supporting Asian American individuals as they navigate the unique nuances that can arise at the intersection of cultural identity, intergenerational expectations, and family dynamics. I strive to help individuals develop more awareness about themselves and guide them with actionable strategies on how to move closer to their goals and values.
