I am a psychotherapist specializing in providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to treat anxiety and depressive disorders. I work with clients of all ages—children, adolescents, younger adults, adults, and elders. My work is strength-based, skill-based, collaborative, goal-oriented and supportive. I have over ten years of experience providing individual and group therapy. I am interested in helping my clients find what makes them feel most happy, purposeful and connected in their lives. I help clients develop their own toolkit of coping skills and, in doing so, draw upon a wide range of evidence-based practices from CBT as well as additional mindfulness and relaxation techniques from DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). I support clients with issues related to relationships, anger management, life changes, work stress, parenting, identity, grief and loss, self-esteem, and spirituality.

I received my Masters Degree in Social Work from New York University, Silver School of Social Work and my undergraduate degree in Social Studies from Harvard University. I have completed Post Master trainings in CBT and TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused CBT), and have a certification in teaching meditation.
