My approach to therapy is insight-oriented, collaborative, and supportive. I have been practicing psychotherapy since 2014. I work from a psychodynamic framework and strive to facilitate a space where clients can express themselves openly.
I obtained my master's degree in mental health counseling from CUNY Baruch and completed post-graduate training at the PANY Institute. I completed training at Long Beach Reach Inc and at the Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services. My clinical experiences include private practice settings, community-based clinics, and psychiatric rehabilitation (PROS).
