I am a mental health counselor in private practice licensed in NY and NJ. My style is warm, collaborative, and supportive. I help individuals navigate a variety of difficulties including anxiety, life transitions, depression, family/ relationship challenges, and loss/grief.
I am psychodynamically-oriented and integrate other modalities such as CBT and mindfulness, depending on the individual's needs. I strive to build a trusting relationship where clients can speak openly, better understand their inner experiences, gain insights, and develop awareness of narratives and patterns that may be holding them back.
I obtained my Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling from Baruch College in 2014. My experiences range from working in community-based clinics and private practice settings.
