I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties including family and relationship challenges, anxiety, career stress, life transitions, grief, and depression. I strive to build a trusting relationship where individuals can speak openly, develop awareness of patterns, and find new ways of navigating challenges.
I primarily work from a psychodynamic framework and integrate mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapies, depending on the client's needs.
My clinical experiences include working in community-based clinics at the Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services and Brooklyn Counseling Services. I completed advanced training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the PANY Institute and have been practicing psychotherapy since 2014.
