I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in NYC helping adults through career transitions, managing anxiety and chronic stress, and recovering from perfectionism and burnout.
For Providers: Please reach out if you are interested in co-presenting or co-facilitating workshops or groups in the specialty areas of perfectionism, stress and burnout, career exploration, the intersection between social identity and mental health, and professional development.
I currently serve as the Co-Chair of the WMHC Early Career Members Committee. The goal of the ECMC is to provide social support, resources, and events for early career mental health providers.
Credentials: PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. I have extensive experience working with the emerging adult/young adult population and have worked in various university and college counseling settings. I served as a Group Psychotherapy supervisor, Outreach and ConsultationCoordinator, as well as a Clinical Supervisor for masters' level and doctoral level clinical and counseling students.
