I am a New York State Licensed Clinical Psychologist who has a background in individual psychotherapy for adults who are struggling with perfectionism, chronic stress and burnout, and career transitions.

Professional Specialty and Focus Areas (as of Fall 2025):

My main focus is in training and development. I have a passion for providing professional development opportunities for mental health providers. I value lifelong learning and am always looking for creative and practical ways to bring people together to learn new skills, find community, and support personal and professional growth.

For Providers: Please reach out if you are interested in co-presenting or co-facilitating workshops or groups in the specialty areas of perfectionism, stress and burnout, career exploration, the intersection between social identity and mental health, and professional development.

Leadership and Committee Work:

From 2019-2025, I served as the Co-Chair of the WMHC Early Career Members Committee (ECMC). The goal of the ECMC is to provide social support, resources, and events for early career mental health providers.

Starting in 2025, I am serving as the Chair of the WMHC Social Action Committee (SAC). Our committee focuses on the annual process of awarding a one-time grant to a non-profit organization that aligns with the mission of WMHC, serves the tri-State area for marginalized and underserved populations. Going foward, the SAC will seek collaborative opportunities with organizations so we can extend our work outside the walls of our therapeutic spaces.
