I am a NY State Licensed Clinical Psychologist who works adults in the areas of perfectionism, relationship/caregiving burn out, and career transitions. I integrate cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based interventions as well as a multicultural and client-centered approach.
I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. I received extensive training working with the emerging adult/young adult population and have worked at various university and college counseling settings such as Mount Holyoke College, University of Illinois at Chicago (APA-Accredited Internship), Montclair State University (Postdoctoral Fellowship), and as a Staff Psychologist at Pace University. I coordinated and supervised group therapy programs, outreach programs and consultation to the university community.
I enjoy presenting at conferences and collaborating with others to co-present and facilitate workshops (group therapy, mindfulness/meditation, burn out and self care, multicultural identity, professional development). I am an active member of the American Group Psychotherapy Association. I currently serve as the Co-Chair of the WMHC Early Career Members Committee.
