Jess
ica Rich serves as the Executive Director for Women’s Mental Health Consortium (WMHC).
Supporting the organization’s day-to-day operations in coordination with the Board of Directors, committee leadership, and external partners, Jessica oversees administrative functions, operational coordination, and organizational programming, and reports to the President. Previously serving as Executive Administrator, she transitioned into the Executive Director role as the organization evolved and expanded its leadership structure.
Jessica plays an active role in the effective functioning of the organization through both collaborative and independent work. As a member of the WMHC leadership team, she contributes to program continuity and mission alignment.
Working with WMHC since January 2023, Jessica remains committed to serving the membership with care, consistency, and professionalism. She values the power of strong networks and is inspired by work that supports the well-being of women.
