It's normal to have ups and downs in life, but when dissatisfaction with where you're at becomes chronic, that's a sign that something needs attention. Change is possible as we come to know ourselves more deeply and as we broaden our capacity to weather the vicissitudes of life. Wherever you are in your own process, I would be honored to join you in the challenging but deeply rewarding work of developing that inner knowing. Reach out for an initial consultation to see if we're a fit.
