Beth Epstein

Dr. Beth Epstein received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Connecticut and is a licensed psychologist in Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey. She is an expert in the use of CBT and other evidence-based strategies in psychotherapy. In addition to years of experience treating a range of disorders, Dr. Epstein has a strong specialty in assessment and treatment of Addiction.

Sarah Rubin

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW

Sarah is a LCSW in private practice and has worked as a therapist for over 10 years. She is trained in CBT and psychotherapy and uses a relational approach with her clients. Sarah intertwines mindfulness into her work in order to help clients become more attuned to their bodies. She has studied CBT-HA (headache diseases) and is eager to apply the techniques from this approach to assist clients with headaches in managing their symptoms as well as lifestyles. Sarah has experience working with a range of ages from youngsters through older adults.
