Rachel Parodneck

I am a licensed clinical social worker and certified group psychotherapist trained in CBT with a specialty in treating individuals struggling with addiction and people experiencing infertility. I use an eclectic and collaborative approach to treating each of my unique clients. I incorporate CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and traditional talk therapy in my treatment.
I was trained at Columbia University where I received a Master's of Social Work. I then went on to complete a postgraduate advanced clinical practice certificate program at NYU.
I provide individual sessions as well as groups for adult clients.

Jaci Lopez Witmer

Psychologist, Psy.D.

I work with adults and young adults ages 18+ individually in my private practice. I practice from a trauma-informed, integrative perspective and draw primarily on relational, interpersonal, mindfulness, and CBT theories. My therapeutic style is open, collaborative, and nonjudgmental.

I have significant experience working with individuals across a variety of treatment settings. I have specific expertise with university students, financial professionals, health care providers, and entrepreneurs.

My office is located near Union Square. I am licensed in New York, Washington DC, and Florida, and I am registered to provide Telehealth Services to individuals residing in Vermont.

I'm a psychodynamic psychologist in practice for 15 years. I see adults and couples, and have post-doc training in both Emotionally Focused Couples therapy and the Gottman method. I am a former journalist who's published a couple books, including (most recently) All the Rage: Mothers, Fathers and the Myth of Equal Partnership (Harper Collins).

Dr. Jessica A. Renz is Co-founder of MindWell NYC and a licensed clinical psychologist. She provides compassionate individual and group psychotherapy services to adult clients experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression in addition to challenges with life transitions and stressors. She specializes in helping women learn skills to incorporate resilience and confidence in their daily lives. She leads MindWell NYC's The Daring Way program based on the work of Dr. Brené Brown and is a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator (CDWF).

Adam Banks

Adam Banks is an New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Adam earned his MSW from Forhdam University in 2010 and has worked in a variety of settings, such as community mental health clinics and providing home-based family therapy. Adam focuses on infertility, ADHD, depression, anxiety, anger/stress management, and life transitions. He has the unique experience of being a male therapist who went through his own journey in building a family. Adam uses a warm, empathetic, and supportive approach to helping client with recurrent pregnancy loss, fertility preservation, third-party reproduction and ART, as well as the transition to parenthood. In addition, Adam provides consultations for intended patents, as well as evaluations for gestational carriers and egg/sperm donors. Adam utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other approaches in his work with clients.
Adam currently sees clients virtually or in-person in Riverdale (Bronx) and Poughkeepsie, NY. Adam is the MET Chapter Chairperson of the Infertility/Family Building Practice Committee of the New York State Society for Clinical Social Work, as well as a member of the Mental Health Professional Group of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
