Mental Health Counselor, MA, MHC-LP
Hello! I invite you to a therapeutic space where we can explore the hidden and vulnerable parts of your life, while also celebrating the strong and magical aspects.
As a therapist, I work from a foundation that is trauma-informed, queer-affirmative, and culturally sensitive. My work with clients focuses on gaining a deeper understanding of my clients’ constructions of the world and their selves. Together, we will work to expand these constructions in a way that is helpful, secure, and healing. This means drawing on theoretical constructs that would be most helpful for you – including (but not limited to!) IFS, EFT, somatic work, and mindfulness.

If you feel isolated and suffocated instead of authentic and expressed in your relationship… It could be because there's a massive difference between knowing you're loved and fully feeling, believing, and living like you are. What is that difference? A regulated nervous system. One that can recognize a healthy relationship, and allows YOU to take up space inside it. One that recognizes a healthy relationship and allows you to take up space inside it. Even if you struggle to clearly communicate your emotions, needs, and desires, you can learn to feel good bringing your whole human self to the table—and I'd love to help you do that.
Mental Health Counselor, MS.Ed., MHC-LP
I work with adults and adolescents. Some of the issues I work with are anxiety, depression, and life transitions, as well as grief and loss. I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) and integration sessions. I’m an LGBTQ-affirming clinician and have experience working with issues particular to LGBTQ+ folks.
I believe that physical and emotional safety and connection within a therapeutic relationship can help clients access and heal their relationships with themselves and others. For this reason, I deeply value the relationship I form with clients.
I believe that with intention and openness, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy can create space for the emergence of inner healing intelligence. Along with awareness, practice, insight, and self-compassion, KAP offers clients an opportunity to see themselves and others from a new perspective. KAP also enables new neural pathways to grow, supporting healthier habits of mind and behavior.
I have over 15 years’ experience as a trauma-informed, early childhood special educator and mental health consultant. I have extensive training and experience in developmental trauma treatment and attachment-oriented approaches. I have training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic approaches such as Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I’ve also been a hospice volunteer, and completed trainings in grief counseling and end-of-life doula work. Other areas I’ve trained in are cultural humility, working with shame, treatment strategies for habits and addictions, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and psychedelic therapy for end-of-life anxiety and palliative care. I graduated with a BA in English from Barnard College, an MS.Ed. in Infant and Family Development and Early Intervention/Early Childhood Education from Bank Street College, and an MS.Ed. in Mental Health Counseling from CUNY Hunter College.
Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
I am a licensed clinical social worker with nearly a decade of experience now based in Brooklyn. I work with adults, couples and families navigating relational difficulties, substance misuse, and life-cycle transitions. I also maintain special interests in working with clients facing medical challenges as well as with clients who identify as health care providers themselves. My style is warm as well as direct, and I often use humor and metaphor to connect with my clients.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work and completed a 4-year post-master’s training program in couples and family therapy at the Ackerman Institute for the Family. My undergraduate degree is in English Literature and History from Swarthmore College.

Mental Health Counselor
I’m passionate about helping my clients connect: with me, with the people in their lives, and, most importantly, with themselves.
As an NYU graduate and New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor and psychotherapist, I view therapy as a profound learning experience. I help individuals and couples connect with their resilience, learn new coping skills, and cultivate the relationships they want (and deserve).
Above all, I help my clients get comfortable with being uncomfortable. After all, you can’t grow if you’re stuck in the same old patterns and behaviors.
Clinical Social Work/Therapist, MA, LCSW-R
I have a holistic view of therapy and use a strengths-based approach often incorporating humor and mindfulness techniques to engage with my clients. I believe that every individual possesses the capacity to make positive life changes and that these changes can occur when individuals feel understood, safe and challenged to explore new ways of thinking about their experiences.
My specialties include healthy sexuality and reproductive health. I have worked in the field of sexuality for over 15 years. In addition, I have worked with survivors of violence, including sexual abuse and intimate partner violence. There is help for everyone, and I look forward to working with you on your healing journey.
